    Unlike less-expensive and less-effective topical coatings, sealoc’s exclusive weatherloc® conformal nano-coating process creates a microscopic surface layer applied through a specialized full-immersion process. This forms a superhydrophobic conformal nano-barrier across and within the entire product without the need to mask connection points.

    This nano-barrier creates a protective 100° positive contact angle for water and liquids, helping prevent them from adhering to the surface. As a result, sensitive components are better protected from short circuits, corrosion, and electrical fouling.

    Unlike traditional coating materials, sealoc’s weatherloc® conformal nano-coating solution permanently adheres to treated surfaces while allowing electrical connection points to function normally. It also allows circuitry to ventilate properly, helping reduce the likelihood of premature PCB failure caused by overheating.
